By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite party No.2 and 3 for removal encroachment made on land bearing Gata No.92 measuring 1.192 situated in Village- Meharbanab Bad, Teshsil-Karnailgaj, Gonda. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by S.D.M., Karnailganj, Gonda, the learned Standing Counsel has submitted that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P.
