Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 213/2023 dated 05.05.2023, registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, for commission of offences under Sections 354(A)/509/506 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 were, earlier, working in the same school. However, on account of some temperamental differences, complaints were filed by both of them against each other. One such complaint filed by respondent no. 2 resulted in registration of aforesaid FIR. 3. Charge-sheet has been filed and charges have also been framed. However, evidence is yet to be led. When the other cases filed by the parties were referred to mediation, parties were able to amicably resolve all their disputes under the aegis of Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts on 24.12.2025 and in terms of settlement, respondent no. 2 has agreed to give her ‘no objection’ for quashing of the present FIR. They have also agreed to withdraw their other respective cases. 5. Respondent no. 2 has joined the proceedings through video-conferencing and has been identified by her counsel as
