Petitioners herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 65/2021 dated 12.02.2021, registered at P.S. Jait Pur, for commission of offences under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Petitioner No.1 got married to respondent No.2 on 18.01.2020, as per Hindu rites and customs. 3. Respondent No.2 lodged a complaint with the police, which resulted in registration of abovesaid FIR. 5. However, thereafter, both the parties have patched up their differences and have agreed to part ways in a graceful manner. 6. Chargesheet has already been filed. However, the charges have yet not been ascertained. 7. Broad terms of settlement are contained in Memorandum of Understanding dated 07.11.2024 and in terms thereof, parties have already obtained divorce by way of mutual consent on
