Seelampur, Delhi under Sections 406/420 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties. 2. Charge-sheet has been filed and the case is fixed before the learned Trial Court today itself for ascertainment of charges. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner, however, submits that the matter was compromised between the parties way back on 10.03.2023. 4.
