In these appeals filed under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (the Cr.P.C.), accused nos. 1 and 3 in Sessions Case No. 16/2013 and 2301/2016 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge- Special, Fast Track Court, Saket Courts, New Delhi assail the judgment dated 20.12.2016. By the said judgment, accused no. 1 (A1) has been convicted and sentenced for offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 34, 376, 376(2)(g) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (the IPC). Accused no. 3(A3) has been convicted and sentenced for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(g) IPC. 2.
