Mr. Pradeep Dhingra, counsel appearing on behalf of appellant, states that MACT proceeded on an erroneous basis by impleading appellant/M/s Surjeet Automobiles as the owner of the vehicle, arrayed as respondent no.2 before the MACT. 3.
