The present Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [“Act”], seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator. 2. The relevant clause is stated to be Clause 23 of the Work Order dated 01.07.2021[“Agreement”] and the same is as follows: “23.
