The present Appeal under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 has been preferred by the Appellant- Society assailing the Order dated 16.09.20252 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator in arbitral proceedings titled ―Smt.
