The present appeal is filed under Section 415 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (‘BNSS’) against final order and judgment dated 09.07.2025 (hereafter ‘impugned judgment’) and order of sentencing dated 30.07.2025 (hereafter ‘impugned order on 2021. 2. By the impugned judgment, the learned ASJ convicted the appellant for the offences under Sections 342/363/365/376AB/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’) and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (‘POCSO Act’).
