The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no.1/ MCD to withdraw the permission granted by it to the respondents no.4 and 5 for proposed installation and erection of Jio digital mobile tower on the terrace of the 3rd floor of the premises of the respondent 2. At the time of filing of the present petition, the respondents no.4 and 5 had laid down the foundation for installation and erection of the mobile tower on the terrace of the 3rd floor of the subject property. 3.
