Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0726/2024 dated 28.11.2024, registered at Police Station Mandawali Fazalpur, Delhi for commission of offences under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and petitioner No.1 was solemnized on 22.01.2024, as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. It is submitted that there is no child from such wedlock. 3. However, due to certain temperamental differences, the parties could not live together and started living separately. 4.
