In furtherance of last order, it is submitted by learned counsel for accused/applicant that he had filed some document but the same is lying under objections. 3. The prosecutrix present with her counsel and identified Investigating Officer/WSI Sharneya also submits that she wants to get married with the accused/applicant. The prosecutrix is stated to be major in age. Under these circumstances, both sides request that instead of adjourning the matter to await the document mentioned above or granting any interim bail, the accused/applicant can be permitted to go in custody and get married, after which he may apply for regular bail. 5.
