By means of this first appeal a challenge has been made to the judgment and decree dated 24.05.2024 passed in Regular Case NO. 640 of 2021 pas by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.2, Lucknow. 3. The matter had been referred for mediation. The mediation has been successful. The settlement/agreement arrived at between the parties has been reduced in writing and bears the signature of the parties as also their counsel apart from the Mediators.
