CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Petitioner is facing prosecution in relation to one complaint filed under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act, 2003. 2. The parties were earlier referred to Mediation but the same was not successful, and when further hearing took place, there was no presence from the side of the accused which resulted in issuance of NBWs against the accused vide order dated 10.11.2025. 3. The accused filed an application seeking cancellation of such warrants submitting that he could not come as he was to take care of his ailing mother. Fact, however, remains that the learned Trial Court has dismissed his such application and has directed him to surrender. 4.
