The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arising out of the Franchise Agreement dated 13.09.20212. 2. The said Agreement contains an Arbitration Clause, being Clause 23.2, which reads as under: 1 Act 2 Agreement 23. Dispute Resolution. 23.2 If the Parties are unable to settle the dispute and/or difference referred to in Clause 23.1 within thirty (30) days from the delivery by either party of a notice confirming the existence of the dispute either party may submit the dispute to arbitration by a sole Arbitrator appointed in accordance
