The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arising out of the Franchise Agreement dated 13.09.20212. 2. Dispute Resolution. 23.2 If the Parties are unable to settle the dispute and/or difference referred to in Clause 23.1 within thirty (30) days from the delivery by either party of a notice confirming the existence of the dispute either party may submit the dispute to arbitration by a sole Arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as may be, supplemented or reenacted from time to time. The venue and seat for the arbitration proceedings shall be at New Delhi, India and the proceedings shall be conducted on the English language.
