Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "(i.) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to conclude the investigation fairly and submitted the police report in connection with Case Crime No. 0382 of 2025, under Sections 106(1), 281 of B.N.S., Police Station- Patiyali, District-Kasganj which is pending before the respondent no. 3 within stipulated period of time. (ii) issue any suitable order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstance of the case. (iii) award the cost of the petition." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the first informant in the present case and though the
