Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "(i). Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to conclude the investigation in fair and impartial manner in Case Crime No.440 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 76, 352, 338, 115(2), 61(2), 308(2), 351(3) BNS, Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Rampur. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authority to adopt the coercive action against the accused persons. (). Issue any other writ, order or direction protecting the interests of the petitioners, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. (iv). Award the cost of the petition
