Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent nos.2 to 4 to conduct a prompt, fair, and impartial investigation in Case Crime No. 0364 of 2025, Police Station Fatehpur, District Saharanpur, otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury (ii). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent nos.2 to 4 that include Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, in the investigation of Case Crime No. 0364 of 2025, Police Station Fatehpur, District Saharanpur, otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.
