Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to conduct and conclude free and fair investigation into the matter arising out of first information report dated 30.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 213 of 2025, under Sections 308(2), 308(5), 308(7) 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Shalimar Garden, Trans Hindon, District Ghaziabad.
