The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to investigate the matter fairly and take appropriate action against the respondent no.4 in accordance with law in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 09.09.2025 in Case Crime No. 0283 of 2025, under Sections 64, 352, 351(2), 123 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Prem Nagar, District Jhansi. (ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.
