The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to conclude the fair and impartial investigation in the aforesaid first information report dated 13.11.2025 registered with Case Crime No. 0296 of 2025, under Sections 406, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Ramnagar, District- Kashi (Commissionerate Varanasi). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to arrest the respondent no. 4 to 9 in pursuance of the first information report dated 13.11.2025 registered with Case Crime No. 0296 of 2025, under Sections 406, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Ramnagar, Distr
