The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the son of the first informant Parshuram and the first informant Parshuram has already passed away, for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Superintendent of Police, Ballia to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in the matter pursuant to the FIR dated 11.03.2024 registered as Case Crime No.117 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Ballia.
