The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 10.01.2026, arising out of Case Crime No.22 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 140(3) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that from the allegations made in the impugned F.I.R., no offence whatsoever is disclosed against the petitioners and as such, the impugned F.I.R. is liable to be quashed. 4.
