And 7 Others .....Respondent(s) Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Syed Ashraf Ali Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Court No. - 45 HON'BLE RAJIV GUPTA, J. HON'BLE ACHAL SACHDEV, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned AGA for the State has pointed out that in the instant case, investigation has been concluded and the charge-sheet has already been forwarded to the court concerned on 07.12.2025. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that upon the said charge-sheet, cognizance has not yet been taken by the court concerned. 4. It is well settled principle of law laid down by the Apex Court that after filing of the charge-sheet, the petitioner could not be arrested, without the permission of the court. 5. In view thereof, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. February 26, 2026 VKG (Achal Sachdev,J.) (Rajiv Gupta,J.)
