At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that in the instant case, offence under N.D.P.S. Act has also been added. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars. 4.
