At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that investigation in the instant case has already been concluded and final report has been forwarded against the accused persons. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts and states that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage. 4.
