At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has also been submitted against the petitioner on 11.11.2023, cognizance has been taken by the learned Magistrate on 5.6.2025 and the charge has also been framed on 20.11.2025, as such, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts but states that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it. 4.
