The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 19.01.2026 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0013 of 2026, under Section 108 of B.N.S., Police Station Badalpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 3.
