Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 15.01.2026 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0002 of 2026, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Bulandshahar 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that from the allegations made in the first information report, prima facie no offence, complained of, is disclosed against the petitioners and as such, the impugned first information report is liable to be quashed. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for the State has vehemently opposed the said prayer and has submitted that on the basis of three base cases of serious nature, the impugned FIR has been registered against the petitioners. 5
