The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, 3 and 4 to investigate the matter properly and fairly in Case Crime No. 253 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 324(4) of B.N.S. in pursuance of impugned first information report dated 15.06.2025 at Police Station- Phoolpur, District- Ganga Nagar (Commissionerate, Prayagraj). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to transfer the investigation to any other impartial investigating agency of the aforesaid case.
