The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the FIR dated 15.09.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No.0322 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8 of the U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 109 of BNS, Police Station Belipar, District Gorakhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. She has next submitted that from the allegations made in the first information report, prima facie no offence, complained of, is disclosed against the petitioner and as such, the impugned first information report qua the petitioner is liable to be quashed. 4.
