Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 31.01.2026 giving rise to Case Crime No. 33 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Shahpur, District- Gorakhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case due to ulterior motive. It is next submitted that from the allegation made in the first information report, no offence whatsoever is disclosed against the petitioner and, as such, the impugned F.I.R. is liable to be quashed. 4.
