The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the FIR dated 22.02.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.0108 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 127(2) of BNS, Section 3/5A/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act & Section 11(1)(d) of the Animal Cruelty Act. 3.
