The instant writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 19.01.2026 giving rise to Case Crime No. 21 of 2026, under Sections 352, 351(3), 126(2), 109 B.N.S., Police Station- Mangalpur, District- Kanpur Dehat. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case due to ulterior motive.
