The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3 to ensure fair, impartial, independent and time-bound investigation in FIR No. 52 of 2025, under Sections 80, 85, 127(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act dated 27.08.2025. (ii) Direct the Investigating Officer/SHO Atarsuiya to file charge-sheet forthwith, within a time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; (iii) Set aside/quash the order dated 04.12.2025 passed by the learned Magistrate in the Monitoring Application (Annexure-2), being arbitrary and against law; (iv) Pass any other or further order in the interest of justice." 3.
