Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the free and fair investigation of the case in pursuance of first information report dated 30.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 258 of 2024, under Sections 85, 80(2), 352 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Hathgaon, District- Fatehpur in the time bound manner and also ensure the arrest of the named respondent no. 4 and 5 during the investigation. (i) Issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (v) Award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
