The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 27.11.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 395 of 2025, under Sections 101 (1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 126(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Nizamabad, District Azamgarh. 3.
