The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 2 to ensure the fair and impartial investigation of Case Crime No.459 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., 2023, PS- Naini, District- Prayagraj and also to ensure the action against the accused-respondent in accordance with law. II. Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case. III. Award the cost of writ petition to the petitioner." 3.
