The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the FIR dated 19.11.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.0786 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 351(2), 125 of BNS and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Sikohabad, District Firozabad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.
