HON'BLE ACHAL SACHDEV, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Virendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the FIR dated 01.02.2022 giving rise to Case Crime No.87 of 2022, under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of IPC, Police Station Baraut, District Baghpat. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are wholly innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners next submitted that infact a family dispute between the parties has illegally been dragged in, in the criminal court by giving colour to the whole incident, though no offence whatsoever is disclosed against them and as such, the impugned fi
