The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents Nos.2 and 3 to ensure the fair investigation in pursuance of the first information report dated 09.10.2025 lodge by petitioner at Police Station Haliya, District Mirzapur as Case Crime No.170 of 2025, under sections 85, 80(2) of BNS and section 3/4 of D.P. Act. (b). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to submit the progress report about the private respondents in the said case crime number. (c). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to ensure the arrest o
