At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners. As such, he does not intend to further press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 as well as learned A.G.A. have no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4.
