The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents nos.2 & 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation with respect to the first information report dated 14.08.2025 lodge by petitioner at Police Station Jait, District Mathura as Case Crime No.0405 of 2025, under sections 109, 352, 351(3) of BNS." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the first informant in the present case and though the F.I.R. in the instant case has been registered on 14.08.2025, yet the police is not investigating the case in fair and impartial manner. 4.
