The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents (particularly the respondent nos. 2 and 3) to properly investigate the Case Crime No. 0276 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 131, 117(2), 352, 351(3) and 105 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Basti (contained as Annexure-I to the writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents (particularly the respondent nos. 2 and 3) to ensure security of the petitioner and her family as provided under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. (iii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may dee
