Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 02 and 03 to conduct the fair, proper and impartial investigation in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 9.7.2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 0647 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 85, 80(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 of D.P. Act, P. S. Majhola, District- Moradabad, within a time bound manner as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 03 to ensure arrest of Respondent nos. 4 and 5 in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 9.7.2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 0647 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 85, 80(2) B.N.S.
