Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has next submitted that the petitioner has not even been nominated as an accused in the impugned FIR, yet the police is harassing him. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further drawn the attention of the Court to an order dated 04.12.2025, passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.27925 of 2025, wherein the arrest of the nominated co- accused namely Madhusudan Singh, has already been stayed by this Court and, as such, the petitioner is also entitled for similar indulgence. 4.
