Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State, Sri Ashutosh Kumar Pandey,, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement at bar that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with a liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 as well as learned AGA for the State have no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Certified copy of the documents be returned back to learned counsel for the petitioner as per Rules. 6. It is made clear that if any fresh petition is filed by the petitioner, a copy of the same shall be provided to the counsel for respondent no.4.
