At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that investigation in the instant case has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts and states that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage. 4. In view of the statement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5. Certified copy of the F.I.R. be returned back as per rules.
