The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to make fair and proper investigation in the case against the respondent nos.4 to 7 in Case Crime No.326 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 (b), 61(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Etmaddaula, District Agra, in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 24.10.2025 within short stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue such other and further writ order or direction as this Hon'ble court may deem, fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case protecting the interest of the petitioner.
