The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to conduct fair investigation with respect of first information report dated 18.10.2025 bearing Case Crime No. 0363 of 2025 under section 103(1), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station- Pahasu, District- Bulandshahr, (Annexure no.1) to this writ petition.
